Edit: Original Review below for context. DK our sales manager heard our issues and took care of right away. Capital Chevrolet righted the wrong and got us our other key. Thank you guys for going the extra mile to make it right! We bought a van in July from Capital Chevrolet. So far we have been happy with the van. However, something that happened during the process has been completely unacceptable. When we purchased our used van we were never told that it only came with 1 set of keys. Upon completion of signing the documents we were given a set of keys and told to go meet our salesman at the vehicle - Kunal Vyes. When we went down he congratulated us and said goodbye. I asked him where the other set of keys was. He replied that there was only one set. I wasn't extremely happy but didn't know what else to do at that moment. He told us that he had a friend who worked at a Dodge dealership and would try to get us another set of keys. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with our salesman and our finance manager sine we bought the vehicle to ask how to go about getting another set. No one has replied. Looking into how much another set costs it's $700 at the dealer and potentially a few hundred from somewhere else. I'm not happy. I would have made a louder noise about it if Kunal hadn't told us he was going to look into it and figure it out. Make sure if you're purchasing a used vehicle from Capital Chevrolet, that you look at "everything". Don't trust the sales process at all.

From the beginning, Kash made the sales process enjoyable with his relaxed, no-pressure approach. He was easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable. I'd also like to thank Kevin, the Sales Manager, for being so helpful and providing me with the information I needed throughout the process. His professionalism and willingness to help made a big difference. I especially appreciated Kevin taking the time to help me load the car into the hauler. I took my Hummer in three weeks ago to get an assessment after I was hit parked,got it back with nothing done to it after a bad conversation next door at collision(Rob),your shop recommended water pump alignment and 4 new tires(which two back ones were a year old)I then brought it to another shop and they wondered how you guys could miss a bearing and control arm on your assessment since it was bad?And you can’t do an alignment without those repairs!How could you guys miss such a huge component to an assessment?You guys sure quickly recommended everything else but the important part,I won’t be back nor will my family,the service and quality has been gone for years especially after I relay my concerns to the manager about my dealings with Rob next door and he didn’t seem to concerned for anything but the oilers game!crap service crap place!

We recently had a really great Equinox EV buying experience with the Capital dealership from start to finish. A special thank you to Kashton for his personal attention and for making the whole process so easy and comfortable, to the managers for being flexible and working with us on an individual offer, and to the Finance Team for explaining every detail so clearly and thoroughly. Our family bought a vehicle from these folks a year ago. We decided drop in and look at Corvettes. They had a couple dozen on the lot including a very nice C7 Z06. The 2027 Grand Sport seriously caught my interest. Overall the team gave us a great experience. The lot is packed with choices. The dealership is spotless and the team was great. Recommended.
