I was in from out of town visiting my elderly mom her key to her 2016 Malibu broke. Not far from her house is Capital GMC where I met Cole Petit in the parts department. Supper helpful, easy to talk to. His Co-worker Travis was also helpful when he stumbled by and over heard our conversation. Good dealership, willing to work with you. Offered me a good finance deal while others were trying to rip off. Getting my car maintained there as well and so far the service experience has been good. There is a early/late night drop off key drop box option as well which is handy. Found no pictures of the key drop off box for servicing hence attaching here.

Took my GMC Sierra in for an oil change and to have new tires installed. My intake person was Richard Pruner who was excellent. Very professional, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. He ordered the tires and had them delivered to Capital Chev by 2 pm as promised, installed and ready for pick up by 3 pm. Hope I get him next time.
My mom's key fob had quit working, so I went into the parts department today to get a new battery. Cole helped me out and was so pleasant and funny. I left the dealership laughing at a joke that he cracked. He was so nice to deal wtih and showed me how to replace the battery. Thanks Cole!!!
