My father who passed away in an accident bought a truck 10 years ago from this dealership. (back when it was southgate).
To this day I still receive phone calls from this dealers sales department asking for my dead dad by name. I have explained the situation multiple times, even going into the dealership asking them kindly to stop. Last thing I'd expect is a dealership to continue harassing me, leaving messages, asking for a man who passed away tragically almost 10 years ago. But yet here we are. I will be writing a 1 star review for every phone call I continue to receive. I will no longer show them the kindness they never showed me.
Highly recommend going somewhere else. Maybe a dealership that shows some respect to its prior customers families.

My experience in this service department is so bad/terrible. I brought my GMC canyon truck for repair but I always end up getting bad result after service. It seems like they always wants you to go back for another service. I tried to bring my truck to a different mechanic and they were able to fix my truck easily. I will never go back in this branch. Such a bad customer service. 👎

I recently leased a new Chevy 3500 from here, and overall, I had a very good experience. Kunal was our sales representative. I absolutely picked him apart, worked the heck out of him, and made sure he knew who’s boss. Kunal was very drained from our deal, I made sure he was giving us the best deal possible. I even got him to throw in free all-weather mats, some hats, and hoodies. I’m sure management wasn’t happy with the deal, and hopefully, they didn’t give Kunal a hard time because they don’t know what I put him through. To them, I say selling in volume is better than trying to maximize capital on every deal. Hopefully, a lot of people see this, run down to this dealership, find Kunal, give him a hard time, and buy from him. You will walk out of there feeling like a winner. All jokes aside, I hope this helps make Kunal the salesman of the month—every month.

I have to say, even when things go a little wrong, the service at Capital is first class. Sarfraz was great to deal with during the purchase of my new Trax. Upon arriving home I noticed two minor things that were missed during the PDI that I could easily solve myself. I was concerned that larger things could have been overlooked. Sarfraz got my car into the service department the same day I raised my concern and even offered to pay my gas for the return. My peace of mind was restored, thank you Sarfraz!

Dylan in the service centre should be cloned!! Super nice and real with everything, not once did I feel like he was not looking out for me and my needs with my difficult situation. He should be the standard for customer service. We need more like him!

I need to start with the Fleet Manager, Cliff. What a man. Seriously, my dealings with him were second to none top to bottom. Best experience ever at a Dealership by miles mainly because of him. Then I dealt with Sheryl for the Finance side of things and she was also fantastic. I would give them multiple more stars if I could. I am still mind blown by it all because of those two people. I hope they are still there in a few years when I get a ZR1X! Cheers!
